While driving to and from Bowling Green this morning (about 40 miles) we observed many barren ground birds. It was difficult to get good ids on all the birds due to road conditions and visibility but we easily saw well over 100 snow buntings. Many flocks consisted of mixed Horned Larks and Snow Buntings but others were Snow Buntings only.
