There was a decent movement of birds today with a nice variety of ducks and
gulls. This was the first day in a while where there were any numbers of
red-breasted mergansers moving. Included in the merganser flocks were all
three species of scoters. There was one brief movement of Bonaparte's
gulls and included with them was an adult FRANKLIN'S GULL.
