I saw an Eastern Bluebird on the overlook trail at Blendon Woods today.
It was a surprise to me to see one in the forest. Every bluebird I've
ever seen was in a meadow or right on the edge of a meadw. I never
thought I'd see one in the deep woods. Also seen:
Hooded Merganser
Lesser Scaup
Mallards
Black Ducks
Canada Geese
Wood Duck Decoys (ha-ha)
Northern Cardinals
House Sparrows
Tree Sparrows
Carolina Chickadees
Tufted Titmice
Northern Flicker
Hairy Woodpeckers
Downy Woodpeckers
Red-Bellied Woodpeckers
Mourning Doves
White-Breasted Nuthatches
Red-Breasted Nuthatches
Dark Eyed Juncos
Cooper's Hawk
Blue Jays
American Crows
Barred Owl (also a surprise since it was still daylight)

Heard but not seen:
Red-Tail Hawk
Pilated Woodpecker (in several areas of the park)
