There were no further sightings of the redpoll this afternoon.  In fact
there were no redpolls this afternoon or any other finches.  Yesterday I had
a group of 40+ common redpolls.  They too were seen around 10:00 or so.  It
seems like the best time is between 9:00 and 12:00.  If anyone wants to try
their luck they may.

To reach my house take Rte 20 into Perry and just west of the Perry Nuclear
Plant watch for Antioch road.  Go north on Antioch until it ends at
Lockwood.  Continue north through the intersection into Lakeshore
Reservation.  Go east on the park road and park in the east lot.  From there
walk west to my yard.  The best place to watch from is the southwest corner.
from there you can see both feeding stations.  the redpolls have been coming
to the feeders northwest of the house.
