Stopped at Lakewood Park about 10:30 this morning.? A?large flock of Canada Geese on the western edge of the park near the school contained a handsome Ross' Goose.? I cleverly managed to flush the entire flock but they settled down again closer to the lakefront with the Ross' still in the group.

Spent a long time trying to find access into the school so I could leave a message for Bret Mc which the office said would be delivered to him at the end of the school day, so maybe he will be able to give a later report.

Did not find the Bohemian Waxwing at Rocky River Park.? The lake there held many Black and Surf Scoters, about a dozen Goldeneyes, one Redhead, several Scaup (including one injured one at the water's edge), some Buffleheads.

SWagner, PPike
