A CACKLING GOOSE was seen in Leroy Township in eastern Lake County this
morning. It was in amongst a flock of 60+ Canada geese. It was seen not to
far from where a couple were seen earlier in the fall. Also in Leroy
Township yesterday I found a flock of 11 RUSTY BLACKBIRDS in a wet woods. A
FOX SPARROW was seen in the same general area.

On the way home from work this evening, an adult NORTHERN GOSHAWK flew in
front of my car on Antioch Road about 200 yards north of Rte 20 in Perry
Township. The bird was flying rapidly west.
