Greetings---spent some time in Ashtabula Co. this weekend. At Lake Shore Park in Ashtabula today were 2 glaucous gulls (first- and second-winter). This park is adjacent to the power plant, which still attracts a fair number of waterbirds although it only puts out a fraction of the warm water discharge that it used to in it's heyday. There may have been other fruit-eaters of interest there. Yesterday I looked around the Pymatuning area. On the Ohio side I found c. goldeneyes, hooded mergansers, n. harrier, red-shouldered hawk, Am. kestrel, and 9 snow buntings. Later, Craig
