Front Street, New Richmond (Ohio River), Clermont Co. 11:45am

There is currently what appears to be a female HARLEQUIN DUCK resting
on the bank of the Ohio River in New Richmond. It was pouring down
rain, so I didn't have my camera. It was on the bank with its head
tucked and by itself. It lifted its head 3 times. Don't know what else
it could be. Did not see any bands, but it was hard to see its legs.
It would be right in front of the Skipper's Marina. I guess this would
be an Ohio bird since it is on land???
