Snow buntings are all over Auglaize AND Mercer Counties. There were about
40-50 behind our property in a corn stubble field (Koenig Road). And along
OH 219 in Mercer County, there were flocks of 20-30 every 500-100'.
Such pretty birds! They were joined with Horned Larks. We are also seeing
MANY Tree Sparrows at our feeders.

We will be traveling to The Wilds tomorrow and joining BSBO for the annual
banquet and Sunday am hikes in Columbus Saturday. Hope to have more to
report Monday.
Think Spring and enjoy our wonderful winter weather - all too soon we will
be complaining of the HEAT of summer, so enjoy the COLD while we can.

Jill Bowers
