Today while driving  East on Becker Road, Wakeman toward Vermilion
Road, we spotted more horned larks than we have ever seen . There had
to have been well over 200 in the vacant cornfields.
Not much else to report from Wakeman other than the appearance of a
cowbird at the feeders. The first I can recall this winter.
