the gray catbird, first noted on january 7, was again seen at mentor lagoons this morning (02/14/2008).  previous to today the bird had been found on several dates along the lakefront trail just as the trail bends to the cart turnaround.  this morning we found the catbird on the trail along the lake between the first and second north-south dirt roads.  the bird  appears to be doing well despite recent frigid temperatures.
