OK: Yesterday [Friday 3/7], I came upon four Turkey Vultures perched on tree branches above a small rural cemetery just east of Savannah along SR 302 in Ashland County. They were all smiing....and for good reason. They were making repeated sorties to the east-bound lane of the highway where two raccoons and a possum had been freshly road killed. No better vittles than that for a pre-blizzard breakfast. The cemetery gave the whole scene an appropriate artistic touch.
