We had 71 species of birds on a 4 hour late afternoon ride thru northern Columbiana County (Guilford Lake, Salem Reservoir, Egypt Road) and southern Mahoning County (Pine Lake, Evans Lake, Mill Creek Sanctuary) today. There were some very productive small open water areas at each location. Some of the species totals are listed below. The location totals are lumped together.
