Definately a strong waterfowl movement ahead of this front.
  A the Findlay reservoirs, I observed 4,000-5,000 gulls minimum.  Very roughly 50% herrings, 48% ring-bills, and 2% "others"  including a few Bonaparte's, glaucous, and some I couldn't get decent looks at.
  For waterfowl, greater scaup (175), and red-breasted mergs (152) were in fair numbers.  Also present in or near the reservoirs were lawn carp, wood ducks, gadwall, Am. wigeon, mallards, black ducks, canvasbacks, redheads, ring-necks, lesser scaup, c. goldeneye, common merganser, ruddy ducks, and a couple horned grebes, along with the ever-present bald eagles.
  Not high numbers of duck, but good variety.  THe reservoirs are at the most 20% open.  Who knows what would have been present were it more so...
