My little Grandview Heights backyard was great this afternoon, with many
birds moving through the area and/or visiting my feeders. Most were in full
song as well.
Highlights include:
-Chipping Sparrow
-Eastern Towhee (2 males in the yard at the same time)
-Brown Thrasher (weird, I know)
-Hermit Thrush
-Yellow-rumped Warbler
-Black-throated-Green Warbler
-Ruby-crowned Kinglet
-Fox Sparrow
-Field Sparrow (it's funny to hear them singing in this "habitat")
-Dark-eyed Juncos (still a bunch here)
-White-throated Sparrow
-Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (2 birds)
Good Birding!
