Today we had a male Common Redpoll feeding with American Goldfinches in our backyard in Damascus, Mahoning County, from 6 to 7 PM. It was in perfect pink-breasted plumage! We were able to get some good photographs. It will be interesting to see if he is still here tomorrow.
Note: We also still have at least one Red-breasted Nuthatch hanging around today!
