Hi all,

I birded Metzger Marsh today and had 3 BLACK TERNS flying all around
the marsh at approximately 2pm. They were moving a lot, as I saw them
in several different places.
Then I walked the trail on the dike-like strip of trees that runs from
the southeast corner of the parking lot, and almost parallel to the
road. From 150ft where the trail starts to run along to the marsh, I
had the nice surprise of finding an ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER. It gave
great looks as I directed several students from Ohio Wesleyan and a
few other birders to the bird. The area was very warblery, as good as
Magee was density-wise.

Good birding,

Sean
