Hi Folks, I struck out on the Pelican. I talked to a fisherman who talked like it been around for awhile. There were other birders looking for it so maybe they had some luck. The beach was quite productive for new yearly birds for me, lesser yellowlegs (4), least sandpiper (2),dunlin (1),spotted sandpipers (12) and three bonnaparte's gulls. Dave Collopy
