Today two Ruby-throated Hummies zoomed to the feeder hanging from our front porch. Every year, they (or others) come. This year, planted three window boxes of red salvia on front porch fence. They went nuts! Not one of the 45 salivas have been left untouched. Last year, they nested in our front Maple tree. Much fun watching them, but the problem is we never see a male. Don't know why this is. At any rate, for the record. RT Hummies in NW Ohio. Robert
