Highlights from today's trip with Mary Anne Romito:
Hinkley (upstream of Johnson's Picnic Area): Acadian flycatcher, 2 cerulean warblers, 3 hooded warblers, Louisiana waterthrush, ovenbird, blue-winged warbler.
CVNP ledges (in picnic areas at north end of the big field): Acadian flycatcher, 2 Kentucky warblers, black-throated green warbler, hooded warbler.
CVNP Oak Hill: 2 blue-winged warblers, ovenbird, hooded warbler.
CVNP Horseshoe Pond and its trail: red-breasted nuthatches (at least 2), golden-crowned kinglets (also at least 2), brown creeper, 2 blue-winged warblers.
