Hi all,

There was a good fallout of migrants last night, at least at the DNR
headquarters and vicinity here in Columbus. We're a bit of an oasis of
greenery in a sea of urbanization, and although we've only got an acre
or so of habitat - shrubby thickets, shade trees, small pond - the place
was alive with birds this morning. If you get the chance, Columbus-area
places like Green Lawn Cemetery, Whetstone Park, or any of the
metroparks could be good today as well.

Some of the migrants that I had in about 15-20 minutes of looking:

Ruby-throated Hummingbird
Willow Flycatcher
House Wren
Swainson's Thrush
Cedar Waxwing
Tennessee Warbler
Yellow Warbler
Magnolia Warbler
Chestnut-sided Warbler
Blackpoll Warbler
Mourning Warbler
Common Yellowthroat
Wilson's Warbler
Canada Warbler
Indigo Bunting
Pine Siskin

I'll try and get back out there later.

Jim
