I asked Rick Perkins, one of the golfers who originally reported the
Mississippi Kites from Logan last year, if he had seen them this year. He says
no, but that another golfer said he saw "three birds that like looked like
kites" on June 8.

This report aside, apparently there hasn't been a confident sighting since Jim
Fry's on May 20. We could use some more data.
