My son took these nice pictures then asked me to identify the bird! I'm not
sure and would welcome a confirmation or correction.

female orchard oriole. It appears hooded like a Mourning Warbler but the
bill looks heavier, like an oriole, and the legs are dark, not pink-ish. It
lacks an eye ring and has a definite wing bar, but only one. Under tail
coverts are yellow. Viewing several on-line photos it favors the female
orchard - but I have been wrong before !!
