I've never seen as many grackles in my whole life as I've seen so far this
year. I only wish they would kill off the house sparrows (they had better
leave my house finches and goldfinches alone though). So far, I haven't
seen any predatory behavior though.

I've had 4-5 Grackles dominating my feeders in the last four weeks.  I've
never had problems with them until this year but I haven't noticed any
casualties yet.  Is anyone else experiencing a sudden influx of Grackles?
