Some folks may be wondering where their Winter 2007-2008 Ohio Cardinal
issue is.  It is forthcoming.  There were delays due to setting things
up with your new editorial staff and printer, and I do apologize for the
delays.  I hope that you will be pleased with this issue when it makes
it into your hands, and I look forward to receiving feedback from you.
