Thanks for the replies, both for and against it being a crossBILL.(bad spelling sorry)

I finally was able to get one from the other side and posted it to the same link:

After seeing the other side, I believe that it is not a Crossbill.  the bottom beak is not curving up at all.  It's more rolled over.  Oh well. :D
