I spent some time on the sandbar Wednesday evening (July 9).
While no huge numbers, Conneaut always seems to produce some worthwhile
sightings.
All of the shorebirds were present when I arrived, and were still on the
ground when I left around 8:30 PM.

Am. Avocet - 1
Willet - 1
S.B. Dowitcher - 1
L. Yellowlegs - 1
Least Sandpiper - 2

Other notable birds:
Bonaparte's Gull - 9
Caspian Tern - 2
Forster's Tern - 4
Osprey - 1 (flyover)
Cedar Waxwing - 5
