At 7:30 this morning the marbled godwit was still at Glacier Ridge Metro Park.  Not many shorebirds were present (in fact they might have been outnumbered by the green herons) but it was well worth the drive.  The bird stays very close to the boardwalk and most of the time I did not even need my scope to veiw this bird.  Those who have yet to see it have a good chance today.
