I saw Rob Lowry's Virginia rail at the Glacier Ridge Honda Wetlands about about 3:00 this afternoon.  It was along the far edge of the pond east of the boardwalk, and most of the time it was right out in the open. The gentleman standing next to me observed that it was behaving rather like a shorebird.

I also saw 5 green herons and lots of killdeer plus yellowlegs, spotted, solitary, least and pectoral s.p
