Today, three friends and I observed four American White Pelicans at
Hoover Reservoir around 5:30 PM. The birds were along the eastern shore
south of the boardwalk and north of the yacht club. Three Bald Eagles
were also on the shore in this location. The birds were observed from
the Plumb Road access point to the Hoover Nature Preserve.

 

Also, a group of about 30 Common Nighthawks were present at 7:30 at the
Bethel Road interchange at SR 315 in Columbus at 7:30 tonight.
