I took a look around some local lakes today.  Nothing oddball was around.  But still, some cool birds.  At Pine L: double-crested cormorant, great egret, green heron, 2 ad. bald eagles, belted kingfisher, chimney swifts, barn swallow.  At Evans L: 2 pied-blled grebes, green heron, turkey vultures, osprey, red-tailed hawks, ring-billed gulls, 15 herring gulls, chimney swifts, and cedar waxwing.  A pileated woodpecker flew over the yard here in Poland Twp.  Later, Craig
