30 August, Mosquito Creek Res and Wildlife Mgt Areas:  11 blue-winged teals, northern shoveler, two hooded mergansers, ~50 bank swallows, two Bonaparte's gulls.
 
1 September, Elmwood Cemetery & Wetlands Preserve, Lorain impoundment:  nine semipalmated plovers, ~30 semipalmated sandpipers, two Baird's sandpipers, pectoral sandpiper, yellow-billed cuckoo, red-eyed vireo feeding cowbird chicks, chestnut-sided warbler, magnolia warbler, black-throated warbler, black-throated green warbler, Blackburnian warbler, blackpoll warblers.  In spite of the lack of rain, the impoundment has a good mudflat along the entire east side and shallow areas for dabblers and waders.
