Friday, September 5 - (9:30 - 11 a.m.)

What a change a little rain can make.  In Englewood, we received 0.3"  of
rain this morning, which restored some of the shorebird habitat.

Stilt sp - 11
Solitary sp - 3
Lesser yellowlegs - 12
Greater yellowlegs - 3
Pectoral sp - 3
Killdeer - 200+
Am. golden plover - 2
Short-billed dowitcher - 1
Great egret - 1
Great blue herons - 60+
Wood ducks - 10
Barn & tree swallows, chimney swifts - 50+ each
Eastern wood pewee
Eastern phoebe
NO PEEPS !!!
Most of the "regular stuff"
