The habitat is still quite good for shorebirds on the Great Miami
river near Carillon Park in Dayton. Birds there this evening:

 Killdeer
 Lesser Yellowlegs 11
 Greater Yellowlegs 1
 Solitary Sandpiper 1
 Pectoral Sandpiper 8
 Black-bellied Plover 10 (7 flew over, 3 landed)
 Semipalmated Plover 6
 Spotted Sandpiper 5
 Sanderling 1
 Semipalmated Sandpiper 10
 Least Sandpiper 15
 White-rumped Sandpiper 1
