Most of the suggestions have been south of your location so I am going to add Blendon woods to the mix, they have a paved trail that leads back to a couple of blinds.  You can easily hit Hoover Resivoir and then Blendon Woods and right now Blendon has been awash with warblers in the nature area by the paved trail.  Also call Cleveland metro parks and see if there are any paved trails in thier system, I'm sure that there are.  You may have to search for bike trails...since ohio is flat, they should be pretty easy to manage. :)
