Friday, Oct.. 31 - 10:30 a.m.--BOO !!!

Bald eagle - imm.  probable 2 or 3 yr. old
Osprey
Belted kingfisher
Killdeers
TVs
White-crowned sparrows
Song sparrows
Red-winged blackbirds
Gadwalls - 6
Mallards
Tree swallows - 3
Amer. goldfinches
Amer. robins
Amer. crows
Ring-billed gull
Great blue herons
European starlings

For anyone who hasn't been to the North Park recently, a new path has been
mowed around the nesting pond.  It runs from the entrance sign to the  middle
of the 1st parking lot on the road leading to the shelter.  This  should
provide really good views once there's some water in the pond  again.
