Brad Sparks and Andy Sewell report that at least one of the Franklin's
gulls remains at the lake, and that three surf scoters, one black
scoter, several horned grebes, and a red-breasted merganser were present
as well. Might be a good weekend to visit local waterfowl haunts. Bear
in mind that waterfowl hunters will be out as well.
