Yesterday I was driving from Columbus to Van Wert on Rt 33 and saw a large
dark hawk near East Liberty Ohio which is near Bellfountaine. This large
hawk was hovering and if remember correctly from my field trip to the Wilds
with the Ornithological Society last winter the only large hawk that can
hover is a Rough Legged.  Did I remember right?
