I took a quick look from several vantage points in the Deer Creek Reservoir this evening. Some of the birds noted included :

2 Snow Geese (both white phase)
~15 Lesser Scaup
1 Long-tailed Duck
~10 Hooded Mergansers
~20 Ruddy Ducks
~25 Great Blue Herons
~200 Killdeers
2 Greater Yellowlegs
2 Pectoral Sandpipers
~200 Dunlins
~400 Bonaparte's Gulls
~300 Ring-billed Gulls

The Oldsquaw was a a beautiful male in perfect basic plumage. I have seen them there on several occasions, but usually in December or January, never this early. I didn't have time to look in the fields or wetlands of the wildlife area, but Dark-eyed Juncos around the reservoir were a conspicuous addition to the sparrows since last week.
