Beautiful male White-winged Crossbill flying over the dunes area at
Headlands - spotted and ID'd by JT.

Two Orange-crowned Warblers - spotted and ID'd by RH

Other interesting birds for the day include
flocks of Pine Siskins
a late Catbird
Blue-headed Vireo
Snow Buntings
Phoebe
Hermit Thrushes, Juncos, both Kinglets continue in abundance

[The sizable group of Surf and Black Scoters that were seen last  Friday
through Sunday just offshore from the Lake Trail at Mentor  Lagoons is no longer
there]
