A juvenile barred owl (or owls) has been attacking runners at the Bonne  Bell
running track in Westlake around dusk the last couple of nights. My husband
John saw the owl sitting in the tree at about 10 feet above the ground. The
runners that don't wear baseball caps seem to be the most likely to be mistaken
