Still there at noon.  It seems the best time for viewing is in the afternoon.

 A couple of days ago, Nathan and I were postulating on when HUGO will be heading south.  One line of thinking was that once the winds changed to the north and it started getting cooler, HUGO would depart.  Today the winds have changed they were coming from the west with a forecast of a WNW and cooler temps the rest of the week.  I guess what I am saying is that If you haven't seen it and want to then don't wait much longer.
