At 3:00 there were four SURF SCOTERS visible from the Delaware Reservoir dam.  They were associating with Ruddy Ducks, the only other waterfowl on the lake. The parking lot for the dam is off of US 23.
 
In Delaware Wildlife Area there were 85 RUSTY BLACKBIRDS in the swamp on Leonardsburg Road west of the dike.
