While watching my feeder yesterday with my camera, The Chickadees finally returned with the Brown Creepers in tow. I posted some close-ups of the creepers on the members photo gallery on the OOS forum. You can find them here: http://www.ohiobirds.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=956.

The past couple of days have seen a lot of changes in my bird species coming to my feeders. I have seen the same house sparrows that come by every day, I know that they are the same because a couple have distinguishing marks (some white feathers).

A few Juncos are now here everyday, so I have to remember to spread some seed on the ground.
Finches, both Gold and House, are now overtaking the sparrows.
Titmice had disappeared during the summer months but now they are back.
Chickadees and Creepers are almost an everyday thing now.
Cardinals were the same as the Titmice, they were gone for a few months but now they are back.
The Downys and Nuthatches are an every day visitor to my suet/seed feeder...I'm hoping that other woodpeckers in the area finally find my suet feeder as well...Once they start coming regularly, I'm going to bundle up and go sit on my porch and take some close-ups. :-)

Also not a bird but some on the list are mammal lovers as well, I was taking my youngest daughter to preschool yesterday and saw an absolute first for me...a jet black squirrel...go figure.

Anyhew,

Happy Birding and God Bless

And God said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky."
