WHITE-WINGED SCOTER- 1, male; seen through scope as it arrived from  the
direction of the mouth of the Rocky River and landed a couple  hundred yards
directly north of the park's overlook
Bufflehead - ~50
Red-breasted merganser - XXX
Ruddy Duck - XXX
