While doing a drive through Cuyahoga Valley National Park on Saturday my Dad and I had six Purple Finches along Wetmore Rd. (1 male & 5 females) south of where Langes Run Trail crosses Wetmore Rd. in the field bordering the pine groves on the east side.
Later along Ira Rd. across from the Old Trail School entrance we had a pair of Pine Siskins feeding in the goldenrod with goldfinches and house sparrows.
