Made the trip to Upper Sandusky ..    got to see and photograph the white wing crossbills ,,, was about 30 of them ,,,  seen a couple of lapland longspurs too,,, was well worth the trip ,  got to meet  Darlene from Dayton there,, she pointed them  out to me. From there went to Kildeer Plains ,, seen 2 short eared owls ,, a couple of Harriers and then went to Hardin Co. wetland and saw 3 more short ears. On the way over seen numerous kestrels  and a 4 redtails and a dark morph rough legged hawk . Was a good day ,, except for the clouds moving in ,, made takin'   pictures rough,
