I was able to get to Sims Park in Euclid very late this afternoon.  The strong northwest winds with big waves made it hard for me to determine how many Surfs and Black scoters were in a group of seven.  After 1/2 hr this was all I could find of interest from 4-430pm as my fingers were frozen:

White-winged Scoters 2
Surf Scoters 3
Black Scoters 2
Common Goldeneye 60+
