I came across a flock of about 20 crossbills twice on my walk through Bay
Village this afternoon. The first time I saw them along the creek between
Lake Erie Nature Center and Huntington Beach. They were just East of the
bridge on Porter Creek Drive on the high side (North) of the creek in a
small stand of pines. They stopped only for a couple minutes and moved on.
Then about 10 minutes later a flock (presumably the same flock) descended on
the large pine tree just in front of the Coffee Station, just accross Lake
Road from Huntington Beach. The flock appeared to be about 50% red and 50%
white-winged (I clearly saw at least 4 of each species). I saw them around
2:30 PM.

Jeremiah 9:24 - But let him that glories glory in this, that he understands
and knows me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment,
and righteousness in the earth: for in these things I delight saith the
Lord.
