Hello:

The Sax-Zim Bog Winter Bird Festival website is part of the Minnesota Ornithologists Union website. So when you submit your festival registration the form is now part of the Minnesota Ornithologists Union mail server. The MOU has been having lots of technical issues with their mail server and our technician emailed the MOU listserv yesterday that some mail has been lost.

When I or Helen Abramson recieves your festival registration form, Helen will email you to let you know we received your festival form. So if you have not heard back from Helen that will mean we have not received your festival form. I have recieved 3 festival forms that Helen has not recieved and I sent her those forms today ( Terry & Karen Stair and Paul McSweeny).

So I asked if you have not heard from Helen Abramson to please email me at [log in to unmask] or Helen Abramson at [log in to unmask] and inform us about any festival forms you may of sent to us with no reply.

Thank you for your cooperation!
